Whether you elect to use our packing services, or you choose to pack it yourself, we have all the materials you need. From moving boxes to bubble wrap and tape, we want to make sure your items are properly packed and secure for your move. Packing Tips

Our movers are here to help. We have experience packing and unpacking offices, households and storage facilities. We will come evaluate your space and help you determine the amount of packing supplies you will need. We recommend that the heavier the item you have to move, the smaller the box you use. This will ensure that you don’t over pack a box with heavy items making it hard to move and unpack.

Packing Materials

We offer a variety of different packing supplies that are intended for certain objects. The following moving boxes are designed for specific items:

• Book box: This box measures 1.5 cubic feet and is approximately 16” x 12” x 12” in size. It is used primarily for books however it also is a good choice for jewelry, make-up, bathroom items, and canned goods from the pantry.
• Medium box: This box measures 3 cubic feet and is approximately 18” x 18” x 16” in size. This is a good choice for light pantry goods, folded clothes, lampshades, pots and pans.
• Dish pack: This box measures 5.2 cubic feet and is approximately 18” x 18” x 28” in size. It is a heavy-duty, double walled box designed to protect your breakables. Partitions are also available for use with this box. Pack your stemware, dishes, lamps, vases, and drinking glasses in this box.
• Large box: This box measures 6.0 cubic feet and is approximately 24” x 18” x 24” in size. This box is used to pack blankets, towels, bedding, and silk flower arrangements.
• Wardrobes: The wardrobe moving boxes measure approximately 24” x 21” x 46” in size and are designed for packing closets and hanging clothes.

We also offer other specialty packing supplies for picture frames, glass objects and mirrors.

How Many Moving Boxes Do I Need?

Depending on the size of your apartment, home or office, your move will require a different amount of moving boxes. Below you will find the recommended amount of moving boxes for a one-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom home.
